2027 UK graduate programmes
Santander's graduate programmes combine business rotations, technical and leadership development, professional qualifications and a permanent role from day one.
Current listed streams include Retail Banking, Corporate & Commercial, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Treasury, Audit and Legal. View the official 2027 overview →
Still at university? Santander Summer Internship
Santander's current UK internship programme provides 10 weeks of experience and can include Corporate & Commercial Banking, Risk or Finance. Current opportunities are based in London or Milton Keynes, depending on the team.
Alternative route: Santander apprenticeships
Santander UK apprenticeships run from Level 2 up to degree level and last from about 12 months to more than four years, depending on the programme. Like graduate roles, they aren't eligible for visa sponsorship.
Is a Corporate & Commercial Banking route currently available?
Yes — as a listed 2027 UK graduate stream. Santander's current graduate overview includes Corporate & Commercial. However, the detailed stream-specific vacancy had not yet been published when we checked on 10 October 2026, so several details remain unconfirmed.
FinancePathway focus: Corporate & Commercial Banking
The relevant route for candidates interested in working with businesses, client relationships, banking products, financing and commercial decision-making.
A previous version of the programme, in a third-party listing whose cycle isn't confirmed, had four six-month placements across areas such as Coverage, Credit Risk and Business Risk & Controls. Treat that as a previous structure, not the 2027 design.

Separate route: Santander Corporate & Investment Banking
Santander CIB runs its own 12-month international graduate programme, and the UK is among the participating countries. It's separate from Santander UK's Corporate & Commercial stream. CIB also runs an 8–10 week summer internship.
No UK CIB graduate salary is published, and Santander's own CIB dates are inconsistent, so check the live CIB vacancy. Santander CIB graduate careers →
Separate route: Retail Banking
A different career path from Corporate & Commercial. Santander UK's 2026 route was the 27-month Global Retail Graduate Programme in Milton Keynes; its 2027 material uses “Retail Banking” and “Retail Graduate Program”. Check the 2027 vacancy rather than assuming the 2026 structure carries over.
Choose based on the work and customers that interest you, rather than applying to whichever programme appears first.
Santander graduate programme application process
Santander's current UK Emerging Talent process is streamlined. The main published stages are an application, an online interview and three short assessment games, then a final assessment experience, which is Santander's assessment centre, before the offer and pre-employment checks.
Online application
Apply to the specific graduate stream when it opens and complete the required eligibility and application information. Santander says individual schemes have their own requirements, so always use the live programme description.
Online interview
Santander's application process page says the video interview has 4–5 recorded questions. You have up to 7 days to complete the online stage, and you can pause and come back. Prepare to demonstrate your motivation, experience and suitability for the programme.
Three short assessment games
Santander confirms three short games but does not currently publish a guaranteed game-by-game format for its 2027 Corporate & Commercial graduate stream. Follow your live invitation. Santander says it reviews the games and video against the role's requirements within 7 days.
Final assessment experience (assessment centre)
Successful candidates are invited to Santander's assessment centre, the last selection stage. Santander plans to run it virtually, although some hiring areas may assess in person.
Offer and onboarding checks
Successful candidates receive an offer before Santander completes the relevant pre-employment checks, including education, work and credit-history checks.
Santander online interview and assessment games
Santander's UK Emerging Talent guidance describes the online stage as an online interview plus three short assessment games. If you're searching for a Santander online assessment or Santander job simulation, this is that stage. The bank doesn't publicly specify the exact 2027 Corporate & Commercial game formats.
- Online interview — Santander's application process page says the video interview has 4–5 recorded questions. You can pause the online stage and come back to it.
- Three short games — Santander confirms three short games but doesn't name the provider or the individual games, or publish a time limit for each game.
- 7 days for the whole stage — The 7-day window covers the whole online stage, not each game. Santander reviews the games and video against the role's requirements within 7 days.
- What isn't published — Santander doesn't name the interview platform, and 2026 candidates' reports conflict. It doesn't publish preparation or answer times per question, or whether you can retake an answer.
- Scheme-specific instructions — Follow your candidate invitation because recruitment experiences can vary between hiring areas and programmes.
What do Santander's broader careers pages say?
Santander's wider UK recruitment guidance says some gamified assessments can examine cognitive abilities and conscientiousness. This provides useful context, but it should not be treated as confirmation of the exact three games used for every 2027 Emerging Talent candidate.
What should you practise?
Practise general readiness rather than trying to copy Santander's games, which it doesn't describe in detail: read instructions carefully, work accurately, keep your effort consistent, and keep your numerical and pattern reasoning sharp. For the online interview, prepare concise motivation and behavioural evidence rather than memorising scripts. The two-minute timings in the free practice questions below are FinancePathway's practice format, not Santander's.

Question 1 of 10Numerical games readinessNo calculator
Which is larger?
Candidates report a numerical, maths-style game. This drill does not copy it: it builds the mental arithmetic and quick comparison such a game is likely to draw on. Work it out in your head.
£1,250 + 8% is £1,350, while £1,400 − 4% is £1,344, so A is larger.
See the working
Working: £1,250 × 1.08 = £1,350; £1,400 × 0.96 = £1,344.
Common mistake: assuming the larger starting amount wins. In the pack, this is one of 30 numerical drill items, with a repeat target of 6 minutes for all 30.
Question 2 of 10Assessment-centre case mathsCalculator allowed
Over three years, what is the net gain from the switching bonus?
| Proposal | One-off cost | Expected effect | Net income per active account |
|---|---|---|---|
| App redesign | £400k | +6,000 active accounts a year | £55 a year |
| £150 switching bonus | £150 per switcher | 4,000 extra switchers, staying 3 years on average | £55 a year |
Ignore interest and inflation.
Income of £660k (4,000 × £55 × 3) minus the £600k bonus cost leaves a net gain of £60k.
See the working
Working: income 4,000 × £55 × 3 = £660k; cost 4,000 × £150 = £600k; net gain £60k.
Why it matters: the margin is thin. In the pack's follow-on question, if a quarter of bonus switchers leave after the first year, the three-year result becomes −£50k (£220k in year 1 plus £330k in years 2–3, against the £600k cost).
Common mistake: forgetting the bonus cost and choosing £660k.
Question 3 of 10One-way video interviewPractice unit: 2 minutes
Tell us about a time you challenged a decision or raised a concern.
Record a two-minute answer: situation, task, action, result and learning. Make your first sentence answer the question, and stop when you have given the result and the learning.
A strong answer
- Checks the facts before challenging.
- Raises the concern privately, at the right moment.
- Brings a practical fix rather than a complaint, and acknowledges the business reason behind the decision.
- Names the trade-off as well as the benefit, and ends with what you learned.
Read the model answer from the pack
“During a summer job at an electronics store, our manager introduced a target for extended warranties, and we were asked to offer one on every sale. After a week I noticed we were selling three-year warranties on laptops that already came with a two-year manufacturer’s guarantee, and some customers clearly did not realise the overlap. I was uncomfortable, but I also understood why the target existed, so I checked before saying anything. I went through ten of my own sales and found four where the warranty mostly duplicated cover the customer already had. I then asked my manager for ten minutes at the end of a shift, showed her the four examples, and suggested one change: telling customers about the manufacturer’s guarantee before offering the warranty. I was clear that I was not refusing to sell it. She took it to the area manager, and the sales script was updated across our three local stores. Warranty sales dipped slightly, but warranty refund requests fell, and I could sell with a clear conscience. It taught me that a concern lands better with evidence and a practical fix than as a complaint.”
Common traps: challenging without evidence; raising it publicly when a private route would work; a story in which you were simply right and everyone else wrong. Fictional candidate; FinancePathway practice rubric, not Santander scoring.

Question 4 of 10Numerical games readinessNo calculator
Which is larger?
Work it out in your head, as quickly as you can.
15% of £480 is £72, while 12% of £620 is £74.40, so B is larger.
See the working
Quick method: 10% of £480 is £48 and 5% is £24, giving £72. 10% of £620 is £62 and 2% is £12.40, giving £74.40.
Common mistake: assuming the higher percentage wins. It applies to a smaller amount, so you have to work both out.
Question 5 of 10Pattern reasoningTarget: 45 seconds
What comes next: 3, 7, 15, 31, ?
Each number is double the one before plus 1, so 31 × 2 + 1 = 63.
See the working
Another way to see it: the gaps are 4, 8 and 16, so the next gap is 32, and 31 + 32 = 63.
Common mistake: 47 repeats the last gap of 16 instead of doubling it. Check your rule against every step, not just the last one.
Question 6 of 10Assessment-centre case mathsCalculator allowed
What is the debt service cover after the new loan?
Ashcombe Bakeries Ltd, a fictional business client, has asked for a new equipment loan.
| EBITDA | £900k a year |
| Existing loan repayments (interest and capital) | £300k a year |
| Repayments on the new loan | £200k a year |
Debt service cover = EBITDA ÷ total annual loan repayments. What is it after the new loan?
Total repayments become £500k (£300k + £200k), and £900k ÷ £500k = 1.8x.
See the working
Commercial meaning: 1.8x means the business earns £1.80 for every £1 it must repay. That leaves some headroom, but a 30% fall in EBITDA (to £630k) would cut cover to 1.26x, so a lender would look closely at how stable the earnings are.
Common mistakes: 3.0x ignores the new loan, 4.5x ignores the existing loan, and 0.56x divides the wrong way round.
Question 7 of 10Workplace judgementChoose the most effective response
The mistake in yesterday's proposal
Yesterday you sent Delmore Engineering Ltd, a fictional business client, a proposal for a new loan. This morning you notice the interest rate in it is 0.5 percentage points lower than the rate your manager approved.
Own the mistake early: tell your manager and fix it with the client today, before they rely on the wrong figure.
See the working
Full ranking: A, B, D, C. B fixes the figure but leaves the client confused about which version counts. D leaves the wrong rate in place for two weeks. C hopes nobody notices, which damages trust if the client plans around the lower rate.
Tests: integrity, ownership and customer focus.
Question 8 of 10PrioritisationChoose the most effective plan
Planning your morning
It is 9am. A client's loan application must reach the credit team by 12pm. There is an optional team training session from 10am to 11am, you have 40 unread emails, and a colleague has asked for help with a spreadsheet by the end of the day.
Protect the fixed 12pm deadline first, after a quick check that nothing more urgent is waiting.
See the working
Full ranking: A, C, B, D. C can work, but it leaves only an hour for the application. B lets low-priority emails eat into the deadline work. D puts an end-of-day request ahead of a noon deadline.
Tests: prioritisation, reliability and working to deadlines.
Question 9 of 10Written caseSuggested time: 8 minutes
How should we respond to this overdraft request?
Hartwell Garden Centres Ltd, a fictional client, runs three garden centres. It has asked to increase its overdraft limit from £150k to £300k before the spring season.
| Revenue growth, last 12 months | +6% |
| Gross margin | 38% |
| Highest overdraft use last year | £140k, in March |
| Stock days | Up from 60 to 85 over the last year |
Write a note of no more than 120 words to your manager recommending how to respond. Include one risk and one question you would ask the client.
A strong note
- Gives a clear recommendation in the first sentence.
- Uses at least two figures from the table as evidence.
- Names a relevant risk, such as cash tied up in slower-selling stock.
- Asks a specific question, such as why stock days have risen or what the monthly cash-flow forecast shows.
Read an example answer (106 words)
I recommend we progress the request, but consider a seasonal limit rather than a permanent doubling. Revenue grew 6% and the 38% gross margin is healthy, but last year's highest overdraft use was £140k, within the current £150k limit. The main risk is stock: stock days rose from 60 to 85, so more cash may be tied up in slower-selling items. I would ask the client for a monthly cash-flow forecast to the end of spring and an explanation of the stock increase. If the forecast supports it, a temporary higher limit from February to May could meet the need with less risk to the bank.
Score yourself out of 4, one point for each item above, and take a point off if you went over 120 words. FinancePathway practice rubric, not Santander scoring.
Question 10 of 10One-way video interviewPractice unit: 2 minutes
Why Santander, and why Corporate & Commercial Banking?
Record a two-minute answer. Give one specific reason for Santander and one for the stream, and link each to something you have done or seen yourself.
A strong answer
- One specific reason for Santander, such as its UK business customers or international network, rather than "a big bank with great training".
- A clear reason for Corporate & Commercial Banking: working with businesses, understanding how they are financed and building long-term client relationships.
- Evidence from your own experience that makes both reasons believable.
- A short close on what you would bring to the team, delivered within two minutes.
Score yourself out of 4, one point for each item above. Common trap: listing facts about Santander without linking any of them to you. FinancePathway practice rubric, not Santander scoring.

Santander assessment centre (final assessment experience)
The assessment centre, which Santander calls the final assessment experience, is the last selection stage after the online interview and games. Santander plans to run it virtually, although some hiring areas may assess in person, and the activities depend on the programme.
Format: planned to be virtual
Santander plans to run its assessment centres virtually. Some hiring areas may assess in person, and in-person attendees can expense up to £100 of travel.
Content: depends on the programme
Santander says the stage lets it see you “in action”, and its general recruitment page says the assessment day assesses skills and competencies. It doesn't publish one format for every programme.
Preparation: read your invitation
Detailed information about your day comes with your invitation. Santander aims to give feedback to everyone who reaches the interview or assessment centre stage.
2026-intake Retail candidates described the final stage as separate parts rather than one day: an interview, a group exercise and, later, a hiring-manager interview. The group exercise was a collaborative business scenario, with about 35 minutes of discussion followed by a 5-minute presentation, involving roughly eight candidates and two Santander assessors. The interview focused on behaviour and motivation; one candidate said it lasted under 30 minutes in a one-hour slot.
A separate October 2025 Glassdoor review of a London graduate assessment centre described a full day with several interviews, including competency-based questions, plus a group exercise. That candidate received feedback but found it limited.
So the format varies by programme and cycle, which is what Santander's own guidance says.
When are Santander assessment centres held?
Santander doesn't publish assessment centre dates. For the 2026 intake, candidates reported Retail group exercises in late January 2026 and hiring-manager interviews in early February, while Data & AI candidates progressed much earlier, some receiving decisions before Christmas.
How to prepare for the assessment centre
- Know your motivation. Be clear on why Santander and why your exact business area.
- Prepare flexible examples. Cover teamwork, change, customer judgement, ownership and pressure, so you can adapt them to different questions.
- In the group exercise, make commercially reasoned points while helping the group reach a decision.

Santander interview preparation
Prepare genuine motivation, evidence from your experience and an understanding of the business area, using Santander's values and behaviours as your framework. Its values are Simple, Personal and Fair, and its five T.E.A.M.S. behaviours are Think Customer, Embrace Change, Act Now, Move Together and Speak Up. They're a strong preparation framework, not a published marking scheme.
- Motivation — Why Santander? Build specific reasons linked to Santander's UK business, customers, international network or the graduate stream.
- Route fit — Why Corporate & Commercial Banking? Explain why working with businesses, understanding financing requirements and building client relationships appeals to you.
- Think Customer — Understanding someone's needs. Santander describes this as putting customers at the centre and earning their trust. Prepare an example where you identified what someone actually needed and adapted your approach.
- Embrace Change — Adapting to change. Santander describes this as treating new challenges and ways of working as chances to grow. Show how you responded when priorities, information or circumstances changed unexpectedly.
- Act Now — Taking responsibility. Santander describes this as taking accountability, managing risk and keeping things simple. Prepare an example where you made a decision, delivered an outcome and considered the risks.
- Move Together — Teamwork and disagreement. Santander describes this as collaborating towards shared goals. 2026-intake Retail candidates reported teamwork and disagreement as an interview theme, so prepare an example where you worked through a difference of opinion.
- Speak Up — Raising ideas and concerns. Santander describes this as raising ideas, concerns and risks, and giving and receiving feedback. Prepare an example where you challenged something constructively or acted on feedback.
- Performing under pressure. 2026-intake Retail candidates also reported this theme. Prepare an example where you kept the quality of your work high with competing deadlines.
- Commercial awareness — What is affecting UK businesses? Be ready to discuss a current issue and connect it to investment, cash flow, borrowing or business risk.

Santander graduate programme FAQs
These answers cover Santander graduate jobs, Corporate & Commercial Banking, salary, sponsorship, application tracking and the current assessment process.
Is the Santander Graduate Programme 2027 open?
Not yet. When we checked on 10 October 2026, Santander UK hadn't opened applications or published any 2027 graduate vacancies, including Corporate & Commercial. Santander's 2027 page says applications open in autumn 2026. To hear when vacancies go live, join Santander's talent community: its careers FAQs explain how. Check the latest status before you apply.
When does the Santander 2027 graduate programme start?
Santander hasn't published start dates for its 2027 streams. It describes the programmes as the 2027 intake but doesn't give one start date for every stream, so use the individual vacancy once it's published. Between offer and joining, Santander says future starters can be invited to networking events, colleague meetings and Q&A sessions.
Is there a Santander Corporate & Commercial Banking graduate scheme?
Yes, as a listed 2027 UK graduate stream. Santander's 2027 overview includes Corporate & Commercial, but when we checked on 10 October 2026 no detailed vacancy had been published, so its salary, location, entry requirements and dates aren't confirmed. Santander CIB's graduate programme is a separate route. See Corporate & Commercial.
What is the Santander Retail Graduate Programme?
It's Santander's retail banking graduate route, and its name has changed. Santander UK's 2026 route was the 27-month Global Retail Graduate Programme in Milton Keynes, while its 2027 material uses “Retail Banking” and “Retail Graduate Program”. Don't assume the 2026 structure has simply been renamed: check the 2027 vacancy once it's published. Santander Future Talents is the umbrella early-careers brand, not a programme name.
Is there a Santander Corporate & Investment Banking graduate programme in the UK?
Yes. Santander CIB runs its own 12-month international graduate programme, and the UK is among the participating countries. It's separate from Santander UK's Corporate & Commercial stream. CIB also runs an 8–10 week summer internship. No UK CIB graduate salary is published, and Santander's own CIB dates are inconsistent, so check the live CIB vacancy before you apply.
Is there a Santander graduate scheme in London?
Santander hasn't published locations for each 2027 stream yet. Its 2027 page says graduate roles are hybrid and based at core UK offices, while the 2026 Global Retail and Data & AI programmes were in Milton Keynes. Santander CIB runs a separate international graduate programme that includes the UK. Check each 2027 vacancy for its location once it's published.
What is the Santander graduate programme salary?
Santander hasn't published 2027 graduate salaries yet. The £38,000 you may see was the 2026 salary for Global Retail and Data & AI, so don't read it as the 2027 Corporate & Commercial figure. No UK salary is published for Santander CIB's graduate programme either. Check each vacancy for its salary once 2027 applications open.
Can Santander summer interns get a graduate offer?
There's no published route. Santander UK doesn't publish a fast track or an automatic graduate offer for summer interns. Santander CIB runs an 8–10 week summer internship, but its page doesn't promise a graduate offer afterwards either. An internship is still useful experience, so apply to the graduate programme in the usual way and use what you learned in your answers.
Does Santander offer degree apprenticeships?
Yes. Santander UK apprenticeships run from Level 2 up to degree level and last from about 12 months to more than four years, depending on the programme. Santander's early-careers material lists UK apprenticeships as part of its upcoming offer. Like graduate roles, apprenticeships aren't eligible for visa sponsorship, so you'll need the right to work in the UK already.
What is the Santander graduate application process?
You apply online, then complete an online interview and three short assessment games. Santander's application process page says the video interview has 4–5 recorded questions and you have up to 7 days to complete the online stage. Santander reviews the games and video against the role's requirements within 7 days. Successful candidates go on to the assessment centre, then the offer and pre-employment checks.
How long does it take to hear back from Santander?
It depends on the stage, and there's no single typical timeline. Santander's general UK recruitment page says you'll usually hear about your initial application within a week, it reviews the games and video within 7 days, and shortlisting can take up to four weeks. No turnaround after the assessment centre is published, and 2026-intake candidates' timelines differed by months between programmes.
How do I check my Santander graduate application status?
Use the candidate-account link or application updates provided in the emails Santander sends after you apply. If you are unsure about your application or have not received an expected update, Santander's Emerging Talent team can be contacted at emergingtalent@santander.co.uk. Avoid creating a second application simply because you cannot see an update.
Can I apply to more than one Santander graduate scheme?
Santander says that in certain cases you can. It recommends contacting the recruitment team before making another application to confirm whether multiple applications are permitted in your circumstances.
How soon can I reapply if Santander rejects my application?
Santander says candidates normally need to wait at least six months before reapplying for the same non-apprenticeship scheme. You can apply for a different Santander role at any time.
How many questions are in the Santander online interview, and how long do I have?
Santander's application process page says the video interview has 4–5 recorded questions and you have up to 7 days to complete the online stage, with the option to pause and come back. Some 2026-intake Retail candidates described a different sequence, a short preference assessment and then a roughly one-hour online interview, so follow your invitation. Time limits for each question aren't published.
Does Santander use HireVue?
Santander doesn't say. Its UK graduate and application process pages don't name a platform for the online interview, and 2026-intake candidates' reports conflict: one described a HireVue link and another referred to Microsoft Teams. So prepare for an online interview in general rather than for one platform, and follow the instructions in your invitation.
How do I pass the Santander digital interview?
There's no published pass mark: Santander says it reviews your video and game results against the role's requirements. Give specific reasons for Santander and your programme, with short, real examples of customer focus, teamwork, ownership, adapting to change and speaking up. Santander's T.E.A.M.S. behaviours make a good framework, but don't force every answer into a slogan. Practise with the free questions.
What are the Santander assessment games?
They're three short games that Santander says assess cognitive abilities and conscientiousness. Santander doesn't name the provider or the individual games, and it doesn't publish a time limit for each game; the 7-day window covers the whole online stage. Follow your invitation rather than unofficial answer lists, and practise general readiness: careful instruction-following, accuracy and consistent effort.
Is the Santander job simulation the same as the online assessment?
Santander's current UK Emerging Talent guidance does not call the graduate stage a “job simulation”. It describes the process as an online interview plus three short assessment games. Candidates searching for Santander job simulation or Santander online assessment information should therefore prepare for the current process shown in their own invitation.
What happens after the Santander online interview and assessment games?
Santander reviews your games and video against the role's requirements, and its application process page says it does this within 7 days. Successful candidates are invited to the assessment centre, which Santander plans to run virtually, although some hiring areas assess in person. After that come the offer and pre-employment checks. The online stage itself has 4–5 recorded questions and a 7-day completion window.
What happens at the Santander assessment centre, and is it virtual?
Santander plans to run it virtually, though some hiring areas may assess in person, and the activities depend on the programme. Your invitation explains the day. 2026-intake Retail candidates described separate stages: an interview, a group exercise with a short presentation, and later a hiring-manager interview. An October 2025 Glassdoor review described a full day with several interviews. See the assessment centre.
Does Santander give feedback?
Santander aims to give feedback to everyone who reaches the interview or assessment centre stage, although it doesn't promise feedback at every stage. A candidate who reviewed a London graduate assessment centre on Glassdoor in October 2025 received feedback but found it limited. A 2026-intake Retail candidate reported receiving a report on their strengths and development areas after an early assessment.
What are common Santander interview questions?
Santander doesn't publish its questions, so treat online lists with caution. 2026-intake Retail candidates reported themes rather than a fixed set: motivation for Santander and the programme, teamwork and disagreement, performing under pressure, and change or innovation. An October 2025 Glassdoor review also described competency-based questions. Prepare flexible examples for each theme. See interview preparation.
Does Santander use telephone or competency-based interviews?
It depends on the role and cycle. Santander's broader UK careers guidance mentions telephone, virtual and face-to-face interviews for some roles, while its graduate process is an online interview and games, then an assessment centre. An October 2025 Glassdoor review described competency-based interviews at a London graduate assessment centre, and 2026-intake Retail candidates described an interview focused on behaviour and motivation.
What are Santander's values?
Santander's values are Simple, Personal and Fair. It also has five T.E.A.M.S. behaviours: Think Customer, Embrace Change, Act Now, Move Together and Speak Up. They're a strong framework for preparing interview examples, but Santander doesn't publish them as a marking scheme. See what each behaviour means in interview preparation.
What degree do I need for the Santander Graduate Programme?
Santander's general 2027 overview says graduates from any discipline can apply, but individual schemes have their own requirements. Check the detailed Corporate & Commercial vacancy when it is published rather than assuming a particular classification or subject requirement.
Does Santander sponsor graduate visas?
No, under Santander's current UK Emerging Talent policy. Internship, graduate and apprenticeship roles aren't eligible for sponsorship. You need a valid right to work in the UK and must be able to maintain it throughout your employment, so if you're on a Graduate visa, check your situation with the Emerging Talent team before applying.
Can I request reasonable adjustments?
Yes. Santander says candidates can request reasonable adjustments during the application process. Its Emerging Talent team can discuss support before you apply and throughout recruitment.
How do I contact Santander about my assessment centre?
Contact Santander's Emerging Talent team at emergingtalent@santander.co.uk or on 0203 967 1990. The team's published hours are 8am to 4pm, and queries received outside those hours are normally answered the next working day. Your invitation also contains detailed information about the day, so check it first. If you need adjustments, raise them with the same team.
