Where are you in the process?
Pick your stage to see the pages you’d start on, and what they’ll do for you.
Start at p.3
Know what’s coming, and have a plan for a short deadline
See every Santander stage on one page, pick the plan that matches your deadline at p.6, and build eight evidence stories around Santander’s TEAMS behaviours at p.8.
Santander describes three short games, a video interview of 4 to 5 questions, then a final assessment that depends on the scheme you applied for.
Then: the games at p.9
Start at p.9
Go into the games with the skills behind them already sharp
30 numerical, 20 shape and rotation, and 10 memory drills, each with an answer key, plus 10 judgement scenarios built on the TEAMS behaviours.
Santander says its three short games assess a range of cognitive abilities and conscientiousness. It doesn’t publish how they work.
Then: the video interview at p.17
Start at p.17
Record your answers like it’s your second take
A two-minute answer structure, a 30-question bank built on the TEAMS behaviours, two timed mocks and worked answers from p.68.
Santander says the video interview has 4 to 5 pre-recorded questions, and that you can pause and come back if needed.
Then: the final assessment at p.26
Start at p.26
Go into the final stage with two cases already behind you
Case maths, then two full practice cases with pre-work, new information on the day and a linked competency interview, plus 30 interview questions and 8 follow-up chains.
Santander’s 2026 Data & AI graduate advert named a case study and a competency-based interview. It says the final stage depends on the scheme you applied for.
Includes route cases for Corporate and Commercial, Finance and Treasury, and Risk, Compliance and Audit
What a second attempt looks like
The same five moments of the Santander process, walked into cold and walked into with the pack.
Walking in coldWalking in with the pack
The numerical game
Walking in coldSpeed matters, so you rush the first rounds and the mistakes pile up.
The shape game
Walking in coldUnder time pressure, you can’t tell a turned shape from a flipped one.
The video interview
Walking in coldA vague story about “a group project”, with no clear result.
The case study
Walking in coldYou summarise the pre-work back instead of deciding anything.
Two full practice cases, two different jobs
Each case has pre-work, new information on the day and a competency interview linked to it, the format Santander has advertised. Route cases for Corporate and Commercial, Finance and Treasury, and Risk, Compliance and Audit follow at p.49.

- Marking
- Model analysis and a scorecard from p.78
Santander’s deadlines can be as short as 72 hours. Prepare before your invite lands.
Its 2026 Data & AI graduate advert gave 72 hours for the games, then 72 hours for the video interview. Its general guidance says up to 7 days. The pack has a short-deadline plan and a longer one, so you know what to do with the time you have. No resource can guarantee an offer.

Questions
Anything else? Email admin@financepathway.co.uk.
Are these the real Santander assessment questions?
No. Live assessment questions aren’t public. Every drill, question and case is original practice built around Santander’s published process and recent candidate reports. The pack isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Santander UK.
What makes the practice Santander-specific?
It follows Santander’s current graduate stages, uses its Simple, Personal and Fair values and its TEAMS behaviours throughout, and sets the cases in banking contexts linked to the 2027 streams.
Is this only for one route?
No. The shared stages are the core of the pack. On top of them are two full cases, one retail and customer and one digital and AI, plus route cases for Corporate and Commercial, Finance and Treasury, and Risk, Compliance and Audit.
I’ve already done the games. Is it still useful?
Yes. The video interview, two full assessment-centre cases, three route cases and 30 interview questions with guidance are all still ahead of you.
Will it get me an offer?
No resource can guarantee an offer. The aim is to make the real assessment feel familiar by giving you relevant practice beforehand and a structured way to review your answers.
Who wrote it?
Someone who went through graduate recruitment and went on to work in a UK corporate banking team, so the pack draws on experience of both the recruitment process and the role itself.
What do I get, and can I get a refund?
An 87-page PDF you can download up to five times within 90 days. If it isn’t useful, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. At checkout we’ll ask you to confirm you want immediate access, which is standard for digital products. That doesn’t affect this guarantee or your statutory rights.
