Questions
Anything else? Email admin@financepathway.co.uk.
Are these the real NatWest assessment questions?
No. The scenarios, reasoning items, video prompts and assessment-centre cases are original FinancePathway practice. They are informed by NatWest’s published Early Talent process, but do not reproduce its live questions or scoring. FinancePathway isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by NatWest Group.
Which routes does the pack cover?
It offers shared preparation for non-Engineering routes, two complete practice centres with Commercial Banking and Corporate and Markets contexts, and an additional Finance and Risk lens. It does not include Engineering’s SQL or coding tests.
Do I need a practice partner?
A partner makes the group, role-play and interview exercises more realistic, and the pack includes partner scripts and observer sheets for them. It also provides a solo mode so you can still rehearse your opening position and follow-up responses independently.
I’ve already done the online tests. Is it still useful?
Yes. The video recording and Virtual Assessment Centre practice, with their answers, make up over half the pack.
Will it get me an offer?
No resource can guarantee an offer. The aim is to make the real assessment feel familiar by giving you relevant practice beforehand and a structured way to review your answers.
Who wrote it?
Someone who went through graduate recruitment and went on to work in a UK corporate banking team, so the pack draws on experience of both the recruitment process and the role itself.
What do I get, and can I get a refund?
A 90-page PDF you can download up to five times within 90 days. If it isn’t useful, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. At checkout we’ll ask you to confirm you want immediate access, which is standard for digital products. That doesn’t affect this guarantee or your statutory rights.
Don’t make the real assessment your first attempt
Practise with 34 work scenarios, 24 video questions and two full practice assessment centres before you sit the NatWest graduate assessments.
